This chapter contains clinical examples of pre-operative diagnostics of heart arrhythmia based on noninvasive activation mapping of the heart.

WPW-Syndrome
Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome (WPW). Patient Sh., 24 years old admitted to the tachyarrhythmia surgical treatment unit at the Medical Center with the diagnosis "Demonstrating WPW syndrome". AAVC of the left lower paraseptal location. Paroxysmal orthodromic АВ reciprocal tachycardia".
The patient underwent Non-invasive EPI using the "AMYCARD 01 C" system.
At the beginning activation mapping is carried out on epicardial model of the entire heart.  Isopotential and "dichromatic" ... read more
Ventricular premature heartbeats and tachycardia
Patient V, 25 years old,  admitted to the tachyarrhythmia surgical treatment unit at the Medical Center with the diagnosis "Ventricular premature heartbeats from the output parts of the heart".
On the pre-operational stage monitored around the clock with a Holter ECG there was registered from 25000 to 30000 VPB. The morphology of extrasystolic complex is shown in Figure 1. Fig. 1.  ECG of patient V., 25 years old (12 leads). Premature heartbeats from the excretory tract of the right ... read more
Atrial Flutter
Patient P., 56 years old  admitted to the tachyarrhythmia surgical treatment unit at the Medical Center with the diagnosis "CHD, cardiosclerosis atherosclerotic.  Persisting atrial flutter". ECG registered first type atrial flutter with ventricular conduction 2:1 – 4:1.
Fig. 1.  Patient P. I type atrial flutter. ECG in 12 standard leads. The patient underwent Non-invasive heart EPI using the diagnostic system "AMYCARD 01 C".
We chose an ECG fragment containing four F-waves ... read more
Atrial ectopic tachycardia
Patient D., 34 years old admitted to the tachyarrhythmia surgical treatment unit at the Medical Center with the diagnosis "Postmyocardium cardiosclerosis. Frequent atrial ectopic premature heartbeats".
Monitored around the clock with a Holter ECG in the preoperative period there was registered frequent atrial premature heartbeats up to 2 thousand beats per 24 hours.
The patient underwent Non-invasive EPI using the "AMYCARD 01 C" system.
The analysis was based on ECG fragment that included ... read more
